Operation: Sheik V
Code Name: none assigned

Location: ?

Admin: Steve P.

Who?: Highlander, Delta, Mystery Man, Reaper

Notes: none available

Injuries: not available

This is it!!! This is the mission that the all time kill record was set.  The record obtained was 4,336 killed and it still stands today.  Steve’s “Sheik” missions were always great fun to play. Intense, lots of firepower, cool things to acquire (Delta got an Apache helicopter on this one!), and got to use a ton of crap off of your packing list!  Those were the days.

Kestrel

Operation: Durga
Code Name: Kestrel

Location: Munich, West Germany > Calcutta, India

Admin: Dave

Who?: Highlander, Reaper, Brent (Dogman), Jim Webb, Jerry B., Crista T.

Notes: Briefing

Injuries: not available

Mission was to gather in West Germany and meet a contact & obtain a package from them.  Then they were to go to Calcutta, India where they would seek out some sort of operations base at specified coordinates.  Turns out that the contact passes to the agents a concentrated formula that when added to an insecticide system and spread over a poppy field, will kill all plants. It is disguised as a 12 oz bottle of Pepsi.  The base they are to go to in India is a drug manufacturing facility.

Extra interesting note on this mission is the location; West Germany.  This gives a clue to how long ago this mission was run in “real time”.  The mission likely had to be run before November 1991 in real time since that was when the Berlin Wall fell.

Operation: Oceania
Code Name: Swallow

Location: Singapore

Admin: Dave

Who?: Reaper, BC, Highlander, Longshot

Notes: Briefing

Injuries: not available

Mission was to obtain information on Jambi Batu and/or his activities; Rescue any E.R.I.C. or E.S.T.E.L.L.E. personnel; obtain any exotic weaponry. Agents were traveling by boat and had to slip off the boat and go in underwater and swim in.

This mission is the first of 3 (Swallow, Umbrella, & Vireo) that has close ties to each other. The dates and certain verbiage written in the mission briefings don’t exactly correspond properly. I think that this was due to when they were run in real time versus TS time and when the TS calendar was started. After digging into all data points extensively, as the admin of all of these missions, I have made some adjustments to more closely correspond to known data on the TS Calendar as well as the documents in my folders for each of these missions. In some cases, certain dates may not match the info in the briefing. However, I think that this research is more closely aligned to all of these missions from the early 1990’s.

Operation: none assigned
Code Name: none assigned

Location: Italy

Admin: Kevin

Agents: Reaper, Ishmael, Socrates, Delta, Longshot, Wraith, Highlander, Redfire, BC

Notes: Briefing

Injuries: Delta till 6/1/92, Longshot till 6/15/91, Wraith till 6/15/91, Highlander till 6/15/91, Redfire till 6/10/91, B.C. till 7/29/91

On my character sheet for this mission, I have a note that this was an attempt at the record kill amount.  The mission briefing has a typo in the year of the mission.  It was 1992, not 1991.  Actually, the “real” time of the mission was in 1991.

November 14, 1992

Operation: Freeport
Code Name: Vireo

Location: Borneo

Admin: Dave

Agents: Highlander, Mystery Man, Reaper, Wraith, Redfire

Notes: Briefing

Injuries:Reaper till 11/21/91, Highlander till 11/24/91, Mystery Man till 11/28/91.

Missions were to rescue 5 members of E.S.T.E.L.L.E., obtain information about Jambi Batu and/or his activities, neutralize the base from any future activities.

This mission is the third of 3 (Swallow, Umbrella, & Vireo) that has close ties to each other. Operation: none assigned
Code Name: none assigned

Location: Richmond

Admin: Charles

Agents: Reaper, Redfire, Delta

Notes: Briefing.

Injuries: Reaper (ears)-hear on Sept 11, 1993 , Delta (ears)-hear on Oct 2, 1993, Redfire till 8/6/93

So this mission had lots of “fun” stuff going on.  On my character sheet, it has all kinds of interesting tidbits.  My reminder note of the mission was “My head’s in Mississippi, but my ears are scattered across the James River”.  I also have notes that say “Scrag the Wench” and “Sister” and “4 of Wands!!”.  This last reference, I believe was related to a group of NPC’s from Charles’ TS universe called ICON.

Operation: Cowboy

Code Name: Yellowhammer

Location: Dallas, Texas

Admin: Dave

Agents: Redfire, Longshot, Highlander, Reaper

Notes: Briefing, Dallas Star

Injuries: Highlander & Red fire till 10/24/93

Assassination mission to kill a Mr. Tsuri Yakamuta.  The Dallas Star newspaper that was handed out had the wrong year on it.  It said 1992 and should have said 1993.
