February 1991

Operation: not known
Code Name: not known

Location: La Bufadore, Matamorass, Mexico.

Admin: Rob

Agents: Highlander, Longshot, and Red Fire

Notes: Notes listed below for this mission can be found in the document “Plot II – The Wrath of Sean”. Agents there to halt suspected illicit activity. Apparently, the Knights, Gabrielle San Seville in particular, were dealing with some unknown man for an Oiled Parchment (hereafter referred to as #1), and possibly his ability to read it. Gabrielle had many armaments in her possession, including a small rocket, probably for dealing puposes, as well as a silver plated Luger with a Plate (#1). Luger was taken by Longshot. Date taken from “Plot II – The Wrath of Sean” and no specific day was provided. Just month/year.

April 27, 1992

Operation: none assigned
Code Name: none assigned

Location: Italy

Admin: Kevin

Agents: Reaper, Ishmael, Socrates, Delta, Longshot, Wraith, Highlander, Redfire, BC

Notes: Briefing

Injuries: Delta till 6/1/92, Longshot till 6/15/91, Wraith till 6/15/91, Highlander till 6/15/91, Redfire till 6/10/91, B.C. till 7/29/91

On my character sheet for this mission, I have a note that this was an attempt at the record kill amount.  The mission briefing has a typo in the year of the mission.  It was 1992, not 1991.  Actually, the “real” time of the mission was in 1991.

July 6-8, 1992

Operation: Harbor Lights
Code Name: Umbrella

Location: Singapore

Admin: Dave

Agents: Quantum, Wraith, Highlander, Jester, Redfire

Notes: Briefing

Injuries:Highlander up to 8/19/92

Mission was run in 2 successive months. Missions included obtaining any information on Jambi Batu and/or his activities, rescue any E.R.I.N. or E.S.T.E.L.L.E. personnel, neutralize the site from any future activities, and obtain any unusual or exotic weaponry. As the mission took 2 days to run, I believe that some people were not able to play on both nights.

This mission is the second of 3 (Swallow, Umbrella, & Vireo) that has close ties to each other. The dates and certain verbiage written in the mission briefings don’t exactly correspond properly. I think that this was due to when they were run in real time versus TS time and when the TS calendar was started. After digging into all data points extensively, as the admin of all of these missions, I have made some adjustments to more closely correspond to known data on the TS Calendar as well as the documents in my folders for each of these missions. In some cases, certain dates may not match the info in the briefing. However, I think that this research is more closely aligned to all of these missions from the early 1990’s.

November 14, 1992

Operation: Freeport
Code Name: Vireo

Location: Borneo

Admin: Dave

Agents: Highlander, Mystery Man, Reaper, Wraith, Redfire

Notes: Briefing

Injuries:Reaper till 11/21/91, Highlander till 11/24/91, Mystery Man till 11/28/91.

Missions were to rescue 5 members of E.S.T.E.L.L.E., obtain information about Jambi Batu and/or his activities, neutralize the base from any future activities.

This mission is the third of 3 (Swallow, Umbrella, & Vireo) that has close ties to each other. The dates and certain verbiage written in the mission briefings don’t exactly correspond properly. I think that this was due to when they were run in real time versus TS time and when the TS calendar was started. April 16, 1993

Operation: Malacca
Code Name: Wren

Location: Singapore

Admin: Dave

Agents: J.C., Longshot, Slick, Speed, Wraith, Redfire

Notes: Briefing

Injuries: Speed till 5/15/93, Longshot till 5/15/93, Slick till 5/29/93, J.C. till 5/29/93, Highlander/Mystery Man/&Reaper healed on 5/30/93

Rescue mission for Highlander, Mystery Man, and Reaper. Agents recovered!! So on an interesting side note, I have a copy of Agent Mystery Man’s packing list in my mission file.  I also have a note on that list that says that the owner of the character, Mystery Man, declares that he is dead.  I also have a note that the owner of that character was moving across the country to another state so that may have influenced his comment at the time.  However, a check of the calendar reveals that Agent Mystery Man comes back on a mission in August of 1996. So. . .

This mission is related to three others (Swallow, Umbrella, & Vireo) that were previously run, mainly due to the location. In the briefing, there is a statement that some of the agents were there previously “in July 1991”. Again, this ties back to the date issues mentioned in the three previous related missions.

July 12, 1993

Operation: none assigned
Code Name: none assigned

Location: Stonewall Jackson Lake

Admin: Rob

Agents: J.C., Redfire, Delta, Wraith

Notes:  Notes listed below for this mission can be found in the document “Plot II – Update 92-93”.

Stonewall Jackson Lake, West Virginia.  Ransom delivery.  Schuyler Colfax VI, direct descendant of the Vice President to U.S. Grant, hired agents to rescue his ten-year-old son, Schuyler Colfax VII.  To be used for exchange, if necessary, the agents were given the Grand Eagle sword [see Parts List].  Two Diamond thugs were present.  A dozen Flickers and two Flames were disguised as men, and with them was de Wolf.  The boy was found decapitated.  The sword is back in the hands of Colfax VI, who is resentful toward agents.

I have a note on my packing list that says “Sent note w/flowers to boys’ funeral.”

Injuries: J.C. till 8/5/93,

July 17, 1993

Operation: none assigned
Code Name: none assigned

Location: Richmond

Admin: Charles

Agents: Reaper, Redfire, Delta

Notes: Briefing.

Injuries: Reaper (ears)-hear on Sept 11, 1993 , Delta (ears)-hear on Oct 2, 1993, Redfire till 8/6/93

So this mission had lots of “fun” stuff going on.  On my character sheet, it has all kinds of interesting tidbits.  My reminder note of the mission was “My head’s in Mississippi, but my ears are scattered across the James River”.  I also have notes that say “Scrag the Wench” and “Sister” and “4 of Wands!!”.  This last reference, I believe was related to a group of NPC’s from Charles’ TS universe called ICON.
