This mission sort of became a shell game scenario. At first, the agents were to go to a extravagant dinner at a hotel in Osaka, Japan to get close to an Indian businessman named Alwar Sagar. Then they got word that an undercover operation had information and wished to be extracted. This agent would be at the same dinner. Then the mission changed to be located at an office tower in Osaka, Japan called Tsuridachi Tower and was on the 20th floor. The office was of an Oriental Business Interests (OBI) and was the office of a Mr. Zaki Tanabe. There was a large pool in this tower and the agents blew a hole in the floor of the pool.
